The office at present is operating on an emergency basis due to staff and volunteer availability. This has the result that some orders and enquiries are delayed as a result. Due to the way the office operates we are still able to manage some things with people that are not based near the office.
We also have people going into the office on a regular basis at present to ensure that things do not backup too much. So while orders and enquiries may take longer to be dealt with they will be addressed ASAP. We are looking at all methods that we as a small charity can undertake to cope with this situation and ensure that things work as expected.
We hope that you will bear with us as the office goes through this difficult period. We really appreciate your understanding and we hope to improve things soon.

If your Health Care Professional needs some education in fibromyalgia you can request that an FMA UK Health Professionals Pack is sent out to them. All we need is the name of the Health CareProfessional and the address of their practice. We will then send a pack to their surgery addressed from us to them.

You can find a Support Group near you by contacting the Regional Coordinator for your area. If there does not happen to be a support group near you then maybe you can join with some other members and set one up. Support groups provide a social benefit as well as the opportunity to share tips on coping with fibro. They come in all shapes and sizes and we are often told how they have helped people.
