FMA UK 2010 Accounts submitted to Charity Commission

After a difficult period of submitting accounting information to the Charity Commission due to ill health and lack of resources FMA UK are very pleased to announce that all our accounting information is now up to date. We are also publishing our latest set of accounts and annual report on our website as well as lodging it with the Charity Commission.

The trustees have made a significant effort to bring our late accounts up to date and put in place new procedures and processes to ensure we continue to have our accounts published as soon as possible. We have to acknowledge the work of our new accountants who have helped us greatly in achieving this goal. Thanks are also due to Jo Butterick for volunteering her bookkeeping expertise.

It is a difficult time financially for companies, families and charities. Our funding sources have been affected and FMA UK has had to change the services it provides and continually look at the value that it delivers. We appreciate everyone that donates their time or money to help us raise awareness of fibromyalgia.
