Lincombe Manor Care Centre in Torquay raised £200 for FMA UK

We would like to thank the Lincombe Manor Care Centre, the staff , residents and their families who organised a fun event for FMA UK and raised £200 to help us to continue our work.

Holly Bishop, the initiator of the event, who lives with fibromyalgia said: ‘’We played guess that member of staff by displaying baby photos of them, guess the amount of sweets in the jar, did raffles and ate delicious cupcakes made by the residents. Winners were rewarded with hampers full of Easter chocolate and Smellies.

Many people who attended had never heard of fibromyalgia so I managed to spread the word and hopefully made people understand how debilitating it is’’.

We say well done to Holly and to everyone who helped make this event a success.
