General Postage and Packaging information

  • Postage and packaging is included on all prices shown for delivery addresses in the UK, unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders to addresses in the UK are sent by Royal Mail second class as standard. However, some larger orders may be delivered by courier.
  • If you wish to have and order couriered, please contact head office and we will advise you of any extra cost.
  • Orders outside of the United Kingdom will attract a surcharge for postage costs.

Group Orders

  • Smaller group orders are sent by royal mail, whilst larger orders will be despatched by courier and are often processed in batches.
  • If an order is urgent please let us know and we will arrange for it to be fast tracked and arrange special courier service if required.

Delivery Timescales

We aim to deliver all orders within 2 weeks but this is dependant on the level of volunteers within the office and workload. For example in September product deliveries may be delayed due to awareness week activities.

Also the majority of our clothing such as fleeces and sweatshrirts are dispatched directly from the supplier so the timescales for this are outwith our control but are normally within 2-3 weeks from point of order.
