The association cannot exist without its volunteers and the trustees appreciate the many varied things they contribute to supporting those with Fibromyalgia.  To show some recognition of this it has been decided to have our own volunteer awards. 

Anyone who helps in any capacity is eligible, except the trustees themselves.  To nominate a volunteer complete the attached nomination form and send it to the office by 1st April 2006.
