Below is a an excellent example of raising the profile of FM in your local community.Perhaps you can do something like this with local media in your area.

For BCFMSG it was their first encounter with media interviews of the live
kind. Judith Peace , Treasurer was also at the studio listening in and
taking many photos with her niece Emma-Claire Moorcroft, for the group
