Dr Tami Brady is looking for individuals with Fibromyalgia who are interested in
participating in a six month study set to begin on July 1, 2008. The purpose of
this study is to test the effectiveness of a new methodology for Whole Health
Therapy for Fibromyalgia.
Participants
will be divided into three groups. Group A will be a control group which will
receive no treatment. Group B will receive regular Whole Health Therapy
sessions through distant healing method for one hour once each week (Monday
mornings). Group C will receive Whole Health Therapy sessions via the new Reiki
Box methodology. This technique allows energies to be sent gradually over the
course of one whole day (Mondays).
All
therapy and correspondence will be done via distant and email communication.
Participants will be asked to complete an entrance survey providing basic
background information and then weekly update surveys (to be sent every
Wednesday) over the course of six months. All information collected in this
project is considered confidential. Therefore, only statistical results will be
published.
