FMA UK is comprised of volunteers without which we would not manage to do what we do. All the efforts of groups, volunteers, regional coordinators, the office staff and the trustees help to raise awareness of fibromyalgia. All monies whether they be donations, sales of products or fundraising efforts are funnelled into helping us reach our objectives of making fibromyalgia a better understood condition and to improve the plight of those that have fibromyalgia. Do you think you can help FMA UK?
If you are from a professional background such as law, medical, accounting or have worked at a managerial level and would be willing to donate some of your time to help FMA UK then please get in touch with us. We have a need for some people that are willing to help out in our fight to raise the awareness of fibromyalgia and improve the treatment options.

We are also looking for anyone that has PHP skills or experience of content management systems such as Joomla. If you have any of these qualities you can contact us through our volunteer enquiry form here.

To find your local support group click here, and if there is not a support group near you then why not join in on the busiest forum for fibromyalgia in the UK with half a million forum page views each month. There are always people online on the forum no matter what the time of day. More changes to the website will be added in the coming months and we will keep you upto date on how you can benefit from them.

If you are interested in starting a support group in your area then please get in touch with your local Regional Coordinator (RC) and they will help you through the process. We have a lot of resources available to help setup new groups as well as once you are up and running. We will be running an article soon that will highlight some of these resources and benefits.
