Code of Conduct for Office Bearers

Every organisation learns new skills as it carries out its activities. When mistakes are made it learns from those as well. And over time it should implement policies as to why the organisation does things in the way that it does and procedures to show how the activities should be carried out by its volunteers and staff.

Our code of conduct for Office Bearers is anoter step in that process. It outlines to prospective office bearers, the behavoiur that is expected from them before they begin their role, some of what they should be aware of during their role and what they ay need to do when their role ends.

We require every Office Bearer to agree to this code of conduct and complete its requirements before they begin their role with FMA UK.
